According to a website of Prime Minister of Japan and His Cabinet, "What's up around the Prime Minister Koizumi" on May 17, 2006, Prime Minister Koizumi received a visit by the United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan at the official residence and presented a panel of memorial stamps commemorating 50 year of Japan's Accession to the United Nations, designed with Sawanuki's space arts.
